The boards criteria for JEE is to either have an aggregate of 75 percentage in CBSE Class 12th boards or to be in top 20 percentile of your respective boards. Since you have required percentage in CBSE Class 12th Boards after improvement, you have qualified the boards criteria. Now your rank in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced will decide your admission in NITs and IITs.
