i give jee mains in 2019 and got 86.9 percentile, again i give jee mains in 2020 and got 71 percentile which year of percentile can i get admission in collages

You gave JEE mains twice , first one was in your previous year and second one this year so I am informing you that JEE mains score is valid till one year only, that means your previous score has already been expired now you will have to take admission on the basis of your second score which is 71 percentile.
