    First of all why did you pay the fee twice.

    Fees once paid won't be refunded unless there's a mistake on their part

    You need to.contact the MCC FOR MORE DETAILS

    ITS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU GET A SEAT OR NOT BUT YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF YOU DON'T GET A SEAT AS YOU HABE BEEN A PART OF OPTION ENTRY
