There is no cutoff in sastra. It solely depends on your rank in sastra's merit list which will be uploaded after a while. For cse the rank must be not more than 500. Only then, u will have a chance. All this is for stream 1. Coming to stream 2 ur board percentage should be more than 98.6%.
