I'm sorry,at a percentile of 10 in MHTCET 2019 it is totally impossible to get a seat especially in the Computer Science branch.

As you are belonging to the general category,so the journey gets more tough.

So,i think that you can participate in the counselling till the end and wait.

You may get a seat in any decent college through MHTCET.

If you can sacrifice your branch or you can adjust with whatsoever college you will get,then you can choose a college that can satisfy your needs otherwise my personal suggestion would be that you can take an year drop.

If this was your drop year,then take whatever you get in the counselling.

But choose your college and branch wisely.
