Yes , you can very easily get admission in Lady Shree Ram college with this percentage for BA economics.
Last year cut off for BA economics was closed at 97.5%.

You have a highly good chance.
However there is a slight catch. You had science stream in 12th. So, even if you have 100 percent, your score will be deducted by 2.5 percent since you didn't have the subject you wish to pursue as an undergrad, which is Economics.
So, your best of 4 score is effectively 97.5 percentage. According to last year it is good enough for Economics Honors in LSR, but DU is known for fluctuations and instability. So, wait for the official cutoffs!
