I got 100 marks in ba in Allahabad university. I am from general category. Can i get admission in main campus?

According to last year cut off and expected cut off's for b.a. program , your chances of admission is very very rare . But you need to wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling . But admission chances very rare. You can also apply some other university's and state college for b.a. program .
