Dear candidate though it is quite hard to admit that with 100 marks, you did not qualify NEET, so your chances of admission into any Institute is indeed impossible. So my suggestion is to prepare well, work hard and appear in the NEET exam in the upcoming year to ensure your qualifying marks. If you wish to get admission into Government Colleges then you need to score more than 600 marks for better selection and confirming your seat.

Admission in BHMS course is done on the basis of of NEET.
All those students who have qualified the NEET Examination are eligible to participate in counseling and get admission in BHMS course.
• Marks wise cut off for NEET 2021 is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Since you haven't qualified the NEET Examination, you aren't eligible for counseling and hence you can't take admission in BHMS course.
