As CSE is a core branch the cutoff of this course is high. According to previous years cutoffs it is difficult for you to get CSE in VIT VELLORE branch as it's cutoffs are around 6000 to 5000. Their is only a slight change  in cutoffs very year. You can get ECE branch in VELLORE .
If you want to pursue CSE then you can get this branch in VIT CHENNAI. It is ranked after VELLORE branch. It is also a very good college in studies and placements.
