Congratulations on your JEE Rank.According to previous year cutoffs and trends the maximum rank under the SC category and other state quota from which one can get into NIT is around 7500-8300 but your rank is far from that range hence it would be impossible to get into any NIT,but you can easily get into NIT with your home state go on below link to check your chances.
However you can go for IIIT or GFTI or even try your luck in CSAB special counseling.

With your rank it is difficult to get good NITs.
Moreover you have not mentioned your home state.
It would be easier for us if you have mentioned your Home state.
In home state category you might get some NITs.
But in all india quota it is difficult for you to get NITs.
But you'll get good IIIT and also you'll get many other colleges with your rank.
