As last year trends cutoff rank for government law college was 1-1003 and Indian law society was 3-1414 for UR category. Though the cutoff may variate as it depends on various factors like: Total number of candidates appearing for the examination, D ifficulty level of the question paper, Past years cutoff trends, n umber of seats available for admission.

As your score is 101/150 in mhcet exam .... Your chance of getting admission in GLC is quite less ,as Cut-off for GLC from last two year are 104 and 107 .

With your rank there are possibility to get admission in ILS.but nothing are sure now ,may cut- off go high or low by previous year.

Wait till the merit list announced ,only your rank will decide which college you will get.

If you rank under 150 you will definitely get GLC and ILS.if not the you have to wait for CAP round IV .

You can also go with other colleges .....,like you may go with University of Mumbai for 5 year course.
