I got 10195 rank in aeee 2021,Do I have any chances to get CSE in any of the branches of amrita?

As you haven't mentioned the campus you are seeking for, I'll give you a generalized answer.
To get Computer Science Engineering with open quota, you need to need to have a rank below 1500 in AEEE 2021. If you have state quota then a rank below 7000 will work till final round.
As your rank is 10195, it is difficult for you to get into any of the Amrita campuses with state quota. If you are an open category candidate then you have absolutely no chances to get CSE branch.
You can try for other branches like Mechanical or Civil Engineering if you are interested in these fields and have state quota for any of the campuses.
