Selection of best college is done on the basis of many criteria like in which city you want to study,  which branch you are interested in and which is the best college for that branch, what is the amount of fees you are ready to pay, are you satisfied with the campus, faculty and crowd of that college many other such things and lastly you have to choose such college According to your marks, rank.....so firstly you tell your requirement of above things and then i promise you that I'll suggest you the best college according to your marks
