i got 103 marks in clat 2019 from sc category(all india).can i have chance to take admission in nlu jodhpur or gandhinagar

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 1600-2400. If you fall in SC category then definitely you have high chances of getting into GNLU Gandhinagar and NLU Jodhpur. And if you have the state domicile of any of these states then you have sure shot chances. Apart from that you can check out other NLUs also other than NLSIU Bangalore because that will be a little difficult to get.
