I got 103 marks in NEET. Will I get a Deemed University?

The cutoff for NEET 2018 Is 119.
If you are an UR candidate, then you didnot pass the cutoff hence ineligible for NEET Counselling.
Sorry but one needs to qualify NEET to get admitted in any medical college.
