Hello Fahad.

It would be difficult to provide you the information related from the cutoff marks as officially there is no any information about it. Also you did not mention the category you belong to but your marks are very low. I guess it will be difficult for you to get a college. Coming to your question I would like to tell you that it seems difficult for you to get a college at this marks as I am predicting you as a general candidate , I will suggest you to prepare hard for the one year and put all your hard work in to crack with the decent score and get into a good government college ,
