you can try for your home state and lower north eastern nit's , in these college cutoff is generally lesser .

According to your rank and category , you can try for iiit's like-

1) iiit pune

2) iiit  bhagalpur

3) iiit una

4) iiit  surat

5) iiit kalyani  and other iiit's

you can also try for other gfti which take admission under josaa  like these -

1) bit mesra

2) pec chandigarh

also participate in csab, so you can get a decent branch like production and metallurgy  , in them .

Do apply for home state counselling also as you can get some good state government engineering colleges in your state .  Hence apply for the csab round and state government counselling and you might get a good college .

Dear student,

As you have secured 103333 CRL rank in jee mains , then sorry you will not get any nits or iiits. Because for getting a sure seat in nits or iiits from general category, your crl rank must be roughly under 30000.
Even with your ews category advantage you cannot get any seat in any nits.
But if you belong from home state of some certain nits then by applying the home state quota you van hey some low nits like - nit sikkim, nit mizoram, nit arunachal pradesh , nit nagaland, etc.
Other wise there is no chance for you to get any seat in any nits if you belong from other state quota  in whole josaa counselling.
Even in csab round counselling the chances are bey negligible if you opt for good nits.

Or you better try at some other state colleges or private institutions like kalinga institute of industrial technology or cv raman global university as many low rankers can easily get admission in these private colleges.
