I got 1038 rank in pessat 2019. Can I get a seat in CSE?
Neeruganti, it seems really difficult for you to get CSE branch in PES University. The branch closes in
850-900
rank in the second round, which is the final round.
Depending on your rank, you might have a chance of getting EC branch.
Other than that, you can definitely get all the other branches which includes EE, Civil, Mechanical, BioTech etc. But it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.
