i got 10400 rank in manipal 2019 exam . Is there any chance to get CS or Electrical engineering in manipal main campus.....Please reply asap

The admission into any college is determined by a lot of factors such as the no. of candidates, level of the entrance test, etc. Computer Science is one of the streams which is in the highest demand. Considering that and the last few year statistics, it is highly unlikely for you to CSE in the Manipal main campus because the admissions into CSE branch close by ranks around 2000 to 3000.
Talking about electrical engineering, you have various options such as Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Communication Engineering, etc. Admission into one of these branches is easier than getting into CSE. However, considering your rank you are most likely to get Electrical and Electronics Engineering in the main campus.
