I got 10556 rank in comedk nd I m in OBC category can I get cse or ise in SIT Tumkur or other top 10 colleges

Comedk does not provide reservation for OBC caste, the only merit offered is people who are OBC need 40% aggregate marks in 12th standard. Based on your ranking, CSE seems like a long shot but you try for branches like EEE and ECE, you'll definitely get in the top 10 colleges with this rank. You might get IT in further rounds but also keep a backup plan. Hope you get into the branch you want.
