Congratulations, that's an impressive rank in upsee. The cut off for the each year varies by the no.of candidates appearing for the examination, the highest marks secured in the examinatins etc.. As per the previous years cut off, since you also belong to the home state I, am very sorry to say that you have very less chances to get into CSE with your rank as it is the most prefered branch and and has a very high competition, however you have a chance to get an admission in IT department. Some of the colleges in which you have a scope for IT are,

1. Manyawar Kansi Ram College of  information technology, Azamgarh.

2. Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering college, Ghaziabad.
