You have scored very less marks,just above the cut off for neet qualifying marks.According to me you have no chance of getting into government medical this year.
As far as deemed colleges are concerned with such low marks you won't get any private medical college through AIQ ,either MBBS or BDS but you may get BDS deemed university thought state quota.
