If we go through last few years' data, then you can get Computer Science and Engineering branch in Bangalore campus if this is your state quota as the closing rank of this branch for state quota candidates lies around 10000 rank and 6700 rank for other state candidates. So if this is not you home state quota, then it will be difficult to get into CSE in Bangalore campus. Now this is based on previous few years' data and this year the cutoffs might change.
