I got 1094 rank in JKCET 2019 can I get CS in GCET Jammu,as cutoff for CS goes higer?

hello aspirant,
right now in india computer science is the most demandable stream. it is really difficult to get computer science at your rank.
from previous years admission record it should be under 250 rank to get computer science.
