I GOT 10CGPA IN 10TH,91.48% IN 12TH,80% IN BTECH AND NO WORKEXPERIENCE.HOW MUCH CAT PERCENTILE SHOULD I GET TO GET INTO IIM-LABC.IAM OBC-NC

Hi,
As your academics are great, you have great chances in those Top IIM'S. IIM'S doesn't consider only the CAT percentile, they also look up on your academics & ex-curricular. Aslo those IIM'S has their own selection criteria. In case of IIM A, they gives 70% weightage to CAT & on the otherhand IIM B preferred academics. So as your profile is good, then you have great chances in IIM B specifically, because they gives max weightage to academics in selection procedure,they also take profile based calls. So as you are also from OBC category, then if you got even 90-92 percentile in CAT, you can get a call from IIM B hopefully. Look for OBC category, the cut offs is 90 percentile. Competetion is increasing day by day, so you score for to be safe sight. So, you to get atleast 95-96+ percentile to get a call from theses top IIMS. After that it depends upon you if you able to convert the college.
