To convert your CGPA into percentage you need to multiply your CGPA with 9.5 so by this your have scored 95%. It is not possible to predict the rank because it depends on number of candidates appeared, highest score in the exam etc. And 75% marks in EAMCET and 25% of IPE marks (out of 600 marks scored in first and second year PCM subjects) are considered. We don't know the marks you have score out of 600 but your rank will be around 50,000 . But the actual rank may change.
