I got 1102 rank in ggsipu cet128 in b.tech lateral entry exam can I get any college?

First of all congratulations for such a good rank. As per your rank and last year cut off records you can get admission in every college of IPU except Bhartiya Vidyapeeth in CSE branch and USCIT.
