I got 111 marks in neet 2020 did it qualified or not as i am OBC and i am from raipur Chhatisgarh

No you can't clear the cut off not in general category wise or through OBC category wise. Your state doesn't matter here.
Your home state only matters when you are sitting in the counselling session for securing seat in medical colleges.
