I got 11123 rank in t.s emcet but I am a student of Andhra then I get seat in telangana in top 10 engineering colleges I have Cap certificate and EWS reservation

see cutoff score changes in every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. based on previous years score you have fair chances in below mention colleges,
JNTUH College of Engineering, Manthani in cse
Kakatiya University in ECE
Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University in agriculture engineering
University College of Engineering in electrical and electronics engineering.
