I got 111.75 in clat 2019. I am a woman and has Chhattisgarh state domicile certificate. Can I expect HNLU Raipur?

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 740-1500. If you fall in general category then you may not have any chances in HNLU Raipur even with a state domicile because their closing rank lies somewhere near 650. But you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely expect colleges like RGNUL Patiala, CNLU Patna, NUSRL Ranchi and NLUJA Guwahati.
