Dear Aspirant,
Your marks suggests that you might have a rank between 13,500-15,000. Whether you will get CSE branch or not depends upon your quota. If you have state quota then there is a possibility you may be able to grab admission in CSE branch. But if you belong to open quota category it's a very slim chance or I would say there is no chance at all of you grabbing CSE branch. You need to have a rank below 6900 approximately if you belong to open quota category to get admission in CSE branch.
You can definitely try other colleges as well and grab your desired branch.
