i got 11229 rank in wbjee 2018,from general category,other state so help me for finding best college

With 11229 general category rank you would get government colleges like GOVT. of LEATHER tech. , COOCHBIHAR govt. college and many more.BUt you could get better private colleges like RCC INSTITUTE,HALDIA INSTITUTE,BP PODDAR INSTITUTE,NARULA INSTITUTE OF TECH and many more depending on which branch you opt for.
