With the given rank in IPUCET code-126 and your category as General from Delhi region,it is tough for you to get admission in VIPS but do have chances of getting into Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies,Rohini and JIMS,Vasant Kunj according to the 2018 cutoff.
So all the best for the counselling. You can also check last year cutoff on official website of GGSIPU.
