113 is just the marginal score in Neet and getting any government Medical college would be very difficult. Now if you apply for All India counselling, the chance of getting any MBBS seat with 113 marks is almost negligible as the cutoff score for SC category lies around 480 marks at least. You can try for state counselling as the cutoffs for state quota candidates are quite less and private medical colleges also participate in state counselling so you can get a seat in Private Medical colleges.
