Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for mbbs , bams , bds or veterinary in any state with 114 marks since you didn't clear the qualifying marks. As you know that the cutoff of Delhi remains high and sometimes it is more then AIQ cutoff. So, for getting semi government or private seat you need to score around 580 marks . This cutoff is in accordance with the last year cutoff.

For getting a seat, you need to score upto 350 for getting a good private college but your marks is quite low.
