i got 114 marks on jee 2020. can get any nit please tell me

You mentioned your marks, firstly it is needed to convert into the percentile which can be calculated by the below formula :
NTA score= (100 X total number of candidate appeared in the 'session' with raw score less than and equal to the candidate.)/total number of candidate appeared in the 'session'

approximately we have an idea from the previous year record than your percentile lie between:
95.49744019- 96.35511496
This data is from the previous year records it may also variate .
Now you can calculate your approximate rank by using the below formula:
(100-your total percentile score)*869010/100
So your approximate rank would lie between:
8.6k-31k (if we do not consider any category wise rank)
Now for getting into NIT one must have general rank under 45k,  (average for all NIT by merging all branch data)
So you have chances of having NIT now you can match your approximate rank from the previous year cutoff rank of NIT in the below link:

this matching will give you a probable idea of having admission in which NIT with which branch and remember the data on the above link is from previous year record it may variate with some fluctuation.
