I got 11478 rank in amrita can i get cse my home state is ap ,if i grt where can i get?

As per the rank obtained in Amritha Engineering Entrance Examination(AEEE) it is not possible for you to get admission at Coimbatore, Amritapuri and Bangalore campus. In order to get admission in any one of these campuses with the rank of 11478 you must belong to state category of respective college(If you want admission in Coimbatore you must belong to the Tamil Nadu state, If you want admission in Amritapuri campus you must belong to Kerala state, If you want admission in Bangalore campus you must belong to karnataka state) .
