as you have mentioned you have BC-D and NCC certification, on the basis of this I could say that, there are different rules for different examinations. Not necessarily all the exams will have NCC quota. But it is assured that BC-D quota will be available. While applying you will get options to fill up regarding reservation. You need to apply for BC-D first, if they have a provision for both, then there must be options. I would suggest you to keep all the documents ready, so that you can avail al necessary options. But at the same time, do check the reservation percentage for the quotas you`re applying to asses the outcomes your application better.
