The cut off depends upon category as well. If you are General category then have less chances to get NITs. But if you are OBC/SC/ST/PH then you will definitely get admission in NIT.

You can also consider other esteem colleges for B.Arch like: VIT, LPU, BITS, Assam Don Bosco University, Ahmedabad University,Jaypee University of Information Technology, Techno Global University, Xavier University, NIIT University, Sikkim Manipal University.
