I got 1159 rank in ipu cet (code 128).I'm from outside delhi (general category).Is there is any chance for gov college in cse branch?

Hello Peehu,
As you belong to the general category cut-offs are more for Government Colleges in Delhi particularly for CSE Branch. Still you can apply and try for admission. You can also enquire about your admission in Government colleges by filling enquiry form on their official website.
Try applying for more colleges at the same time.
