Dear Abantika,
I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have very very less chance of getting into private medical college with this much high rank, though you may try through state domicile for paid seats of private medical college .
Whichever state domicile you may be,8 lakh rank is a very high rank and unless you are in a reserved category like SC or ST there is very less chance. You should prefer to take a drop or go into other medical fields like agriculture, pharmacy etc.
ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE.
