Analysing the previous year data, you have fair chances of getting a seat in the good colleges. You may not get government colleges but you can get many good private colleges for sure. You should apply for state counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.

On such marks you have no chance to get any of the college under any of the state quota because on such marks you can only qualify NEET 2020. But yes you can try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it.
