i got 116 rank in tspgcet in ece and belong to sc category ....is there any chance to get into ou or jntuh??

At this rank you can definitely get any College you want but let's talk about OU first the last year cut-off of ou is around 6621 for sc category ( electronics and communication engineering)
And for JNTU the previous year cut-off is around 7371 rank for sc category ( electronics and communication engineering)
