Dear student,

As you have secured 11620 rank in JEE mains from SC category then it is impossible for you to get a seat in NIT or IIITs or gfti in josaa all rounds counselling. There is a chance that you can get seat in some lower nits only if you belong from their home state. But from other state quota, there is no chance that you can get any seat in any nits or iiits or gftis.
And also as you got no alloted seats in mock seat allocation, then then there true. Because basically
Mock allocation is done, so that they can get a rough idea of colleges that they might get in josaa main round counseling as per their filled choices of college in their particular order.

So, you will get no seat in josaa main round counseling. Better you try at csab round counseling, because there is chance that you can get some of the good NITs like - NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy or NIT Allahabad and some iiits too.
