I got 117749 rank in ap emcet i am sc category will I get seat in srm University

Irrespective of your rank in AP EAMCET, you cannot get into SRM

This is because,

SRM university doesn't accept AP EAMCET.

It is difficult to predict because cut off / closing rank for colleges keeps changing every year depending upon several factors  like

******** Toughness or difficulty level of Ap EAMCET examination

******** number of seats available for different branches
