Need not worry for eligibility as you're 17 now by the time of joining in september you ll be 18. If that's a problem during your certificate verification they will let you know, also you have taken already your exam , there is no point  in talking about eligibility , because during the application itself you would not be Allowed lo take the test.

Secondly,

Getting a rank around 11,200 can't give a seat in Jntuh . Rank below 1000 would be cent percent chance to get a seat in JNTUH.

Do try for other top colleges as you can get a seat in good private colleges

According to your rank if you have any resevation you can get seat easily.But for OC candidate the rank must be in that range of 2000 and below.
