Hello!
I can't say you about BDS (you can ask a different question in the medical section so that people can answer) but about engineering, I would suggest you to go for CSE if you don't have any branch preference and here are some colleges:
1)MVJ college of engineering Bangalore
2)basaveshwara engineering college Bagalkot
3)Sri dharmasthala manjunatheswara college of engineering dharwad
4)KLS
5)PES mandya
6)Dr. Ambedkar institute of technology
