NO, you will not be eligible to get admission in BITS.

You have to individually score above 60 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Eligibility criteria for BITSAT:-

  • Candidates passed class 12 or equivalent examination (from any state/central board). However, they have to score 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying exam. Also, in each of the 3 subjects, they must also secure 60% marks separately.

  • Aspiring candidates should also have proficiency in English to be able to appear in BITSAT 2018.

  • Candidates who have appeared in class 12th in 2018 or 2017 would be considered eligible for BITSAT 2018.

All the very best and good luck.

Hello Debrone.

I must say you have good marks. Unfortunately, according to BITSAT guidelines, you need to have 60% marks in each individual PCM subject to appear for BITSAT. Since you do not have adequate marks, you are not eligible for BITSAT.

Though you can try for many other engineering entrance exams.

ALL THE BEST.

Hello,

No you are not eligible to appear for BITSAT 2018 because as per eligibility criteria you need to have atleast 60% marks in each of the Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics even if you have greater than 75% in pcm in class 12th board exams.

Since you don't have that much marks,so you can not appear for BITSAT 2018.However you can still apply for other engineering entrance exams like VITEEE,COMEDK,...and many more.

Good luck.
