i got 12 rank in TSPGECET , Environmental management.can i get seat in Osmania University engineering colllege ????

You have scored a very good rank in ts pgecet. Congratulations! But I am sorry to say even with this top rank your chances in OU Engineering college are tough. According to last year's data no seats remained in OU Engineering college for pgecet candidates.
But you can expect a seat in Environmental Engineering in OU College of Technology.
The cutoff or closing rank for the above mentioned branch last year for open category was 205.
You can also try your chances in other good colleges such as JNTUH and JNTUK .
