Hi

After failing 12th , now that you have passed your  12th , it won't cause any problem.

I am assuming you from general category, if not do let me know in comment section

>>>>>>>> With 120 marks

You cannot any medical/dental college be it government or private .

This is because,

With your marks , you have failed to qualify Neet examination  but  in order to be eligible for getting admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc even in private colleges for management quota seat or anywhere  you must qualify Neet examination

For your reference,

Neet 2021 qualifying cutoff  for different categories is :-

.                     NEET 2021 CUT OFF

Category     cut off percentile  Cut off marks

General/ EWS     50th                   720-138

General-PH        45th                 137-122

SC                       40th                 137-108

ST                         40th                137-108

OBC                      40th                137-108

SC/ST/OBC-PH   40th               121-108

So,

General category student requires at least 138 marks, to qualify neet 2021.

Now that,

You have failed to qualify , I would suggest you to prepare again for Neet examination .

Follow the below tips to prepare well for your Neet examination

  • Follow routine to avoid wastage of time

  • Make sure all your studies revolve around reading practicing question and revision

  • Practice is the key, solve MCQs in each chapter

  • Stress and focus more on NCERT especially for biology

  • Solve previous year question paper and mock papers of neet.

And don't worry we have Neet knockout program which will help you at every step of your preparation , the link for the same is given below

In case,

If you don't want to drop then you can get admission in courses for which neet is not required like BSC etc

Thank you
